Pressure Gauges

Capsule Schaffer Low Pressure Diaphragm

MICRO Schaffer & Low Pressure Diaphragm operated pressure gauges can be used for most fluids and gases. They are less sensitive to mechanical shock than conventional bourdon tube gauges and can easily be protected against over pressure and aggressive fluids or gases. The measuring element and process connection constitute a compact system. The connection can be either screwed or wide bore screwed or flanged to the appropriate standard to satisfy need of various nature of liquids. The wetted parts can be protected by special materials like PTFE, tantalum etc. Diaphragm gauges are designed for the pressure ranges as low as 250 mmWc up to 21 bar. MICRO Capsule operated pressure gauges are extremely sensitive and highly accurate, specially designed for measuring very low pressure. They are well suited to systems where air or other gases are the measured media. The finely polished pinion gear and shaft of movements ensures repeatable accuracy. The sensors are available with ferrous and non ferrous alloys, so sensor can be selected considering measured gases which do not attack selected alloy's sensor. Capsule operated edgewise draft gauge are available for extremely low pressure upto 50 mmWc.
