MICRO Thermowells are used along with temperature Instrument / Sensors to protect it from mechanical damage and corrosion. Material of construction and design are selected considering temperature, pressure, fluid velocity and corrosive nature of process medium. The use of thermowell also permit instrument interchange or calibration check without disturbing or shutting down the process stream.
